I’m starting this blog on January 1st, as a challenge for myself. I simply want to share some of my thoughts and impressions here.

Let’s say that I’m inspired to make this year a good one, and in all ways better than the last one (2016, you will not be missed, sorry).

I think that writing a blog will help me stay true to my New Year’s resolutions and focus on the more positive things in life.

First, let’s start with some good music:

Maybe you can guess, maybe you can’t, but I’ve watched Bridget Jones’s Baby recently. I loved the first Bridget Jones movie, the second one was ok-ish, and I didn’t have many expectations of the newest one, but it was enjoyable enough. I’m a total fan of Mr Darcy and I like Colin Firth, too, so I was happy to see him again in this role.

I watched one more good movie today - The Secret Life of Walter Mitty. How did I not hear about this movie sooner? This was a fun, inspirational movie, ideal for those lazy days following New Year’s Eve celebration. If you haven’t seen it yet, I highly recommend it!
